Will be back if in New Plymouth. The hotel is in a nice area, the staff is helpful. Enjoyed having a small balcony.

we really enjoyed facilities and food. a dishwasher, climate control and a dining area were a bonus. we took the family apartment with sunny balcony. moreover, we could use free wi-fi. family-friendly hotel by te henui stream.

There's dust in some areas.

Within walking distance to mount taranaki. Sincerely, it was a LOVELY stay. Location so close to School bus stop, only 15 minutes walk away.
